Modern living on small budget

Modern and comfortable living can and must be combined with affordable prices for the real estate. Using this simple motto to guide our CGI team we quickly realized that 3D renders must not seem expensive, but should rather highlight a solid and thought-through choice of materials. Since these serial houses can be built anywhere, our architectural visualization had to favor the easily obtainable materials. Specifically for the interior renders we opted for the furniture and appliances that were used in the already built houses. Hence, a potential customer could be sure to “get what you see”.

What we loved the most about this archviz project is interactive 3D visualization. Simple and straight to the point, yet immersive and hyper-realistic. The potential buyers can easily imagine themselves in the interior, walking through the doors, admiring the view from the balcony and more.
